boca rat Posted February 8, 2006 CID Share Posted February 8, 2006 Duh. never thought to hit the modem direct (using a DLink router reconfigured to 172.16.0.1 BTW). How is signal strength of 77? Bird Fan Posted February 8, 2006 CID Share Posted February 8, 2006 Duh. never thought to hit the modem direct (using a DLink router reconfigured to 172.16.0.1 BTW). How is signal strength of 77? Overcast evening here near JAX. What are awesome, good, bad and ugly strengths? Thanks a lot. Awesome would be in the 80-90's (you won't see this unless you have at least a .92 meter dish probably), good would be from about 60's-70's, and bad would be from about 40's-50's, and ugly would be anywhere in the 30's. Right now I'm getting a 45 (I'm thinking there's a tree in the way). BTW, you can't get a signal under 30.
