Usually when it's 5mb down it's 768k up. lalalax3, what state and city do you live in and what package from cox do you have? I will tell you what your speeds are. dn0 Posted July 3, 2006 CID Share Posted July 3, 2006 Hey, lalalax3, I saw your other thread about the modem going offline occassionally. (http://www.testmy.net/forum/index.php?topic=14966.msg157068;topicseen#new) All these problems your having are most likley related. Call your ISP like everyone is suggesting. There is a good chance that either your Rx or Tx levels are out af range, but with a Toshiba modem it is tough to poll the modem for levels. Cox will be able to tell you if that is the problem.
