Your probably thinking of Window Blinds. How do I run a desktop theme that I downloaded for xp? Add the file you Downloadd as an attachment and post it here. We will be able to tell you how to do it then. Or just tell us what type of file it is by extension. Welcome to the forum. Hope you like it here.
