The download has remained the same since first signing on to DSL over a month ago however the upload has decreased from about 650 to what it is now 500. What do you think the problem is? saygoodie Posted September 26, 2006 CID Share Posted September 26, 2006 Have you checked for spyware/viruses? Also reboot the modem to see if it still happens. If that doesn't work, then it might be your ISP. When you say reboot does that mean just turn it off and on or does that mean unplug it from the computer?
