I never used Daemon tools, so I'm not sure what that does I'm about to take it off my pc as well...I can't get sound with 64 bit RC2...No drivers for my X-Fi Platinum... I'll delete my partition, and see what happens.. If you upgraded to it..... It's on my laptop and run's a bit more slower than usual so I just want to take it off. I used Daemon tools also to install, it somehow before the first restart has enough information to continue on with the install.
