There are ton of products on the market to fix scratched media..  I have not used anything to fix any dvds.  I know that hair gel has worked in the past..  It was slashdot'ed a while back.  I have never tried it but it sounded like it worked.

Anyone recomend a good home use CD DVD disk cleaner?

rented movies are scratched bad

 I use a $0.70 devise called diskrefresher , it holds the disk and rotates it while a little sponge pad rotates over the disk , it's hand operated by a little lever, you use some cleaning fluid (supplied)

lol if the rented CD/DVD is that bad, refuse it , ask for a clean disk,

you are paying the money, so why accept a faulty product    :evil6:

Its that dam cheap Tiawan spellchecker I got from Tommie. :2funny:

If you had spent a little more on a Japanese spell checker you would be able to spell teally really and Tiawan Taiwan. You must stop being like shug.  :evil6: Spend a sawbuck, not a Testmybuck. They are more useful. :wink2:
