zeddlar Posted April 13, 2007 CID Share Posted April 13, 2007 If it is like it is here, Almost every place around here is $40 to $60 bucks a month and speeds are usually 386 up and down with one exception in about a 50 square mile area around me and he runs the same price as others but his service is 512 up and down. I have seen some wisp's advertised in urban areas that ran as fast as 6Mb down and 3Mb up but I am guessing that is for very short range where they can use antenna's on buildings to get coverage because I have never found it on a rural wisp. Unfortunatly I am about 3 miles to far from the nearest antenna to get this service or I would have it.
