Any suggestions would be great. I have windows xp, windows live one care for antivirus which is updated and scan found no viruses(comcast said it might be that) and I'm using a linksys cable modem and a linksys router. :::.. Lazer1100 Posted April 26, 2007 Author CID Share Posted April 26, 2007 I tried power cycling the modem and finally called Comcast and they told me they couldnt even detect the modem...but now I'm getting a 1.5mbps download.
