One thing you have to remember though if it says you qualify you may not necessarily qualify for the 6Mbps package (Expert Plus). You only might be able to go lets say 1.5Mbps because of your distance from the phone company's Central Office. Worth a try though but if I were getting consistent speeds like you it would be very hard to let that go.
