jdbendijo Posted July 12, 2008 CID Share Posted July 12, 2008 you should determine what type of usage your going to do with your webhost. what i mean is that, you should know what you type of OS you wnat your server running like linux or windows. if you will only use it for storage, then i think it won't matter. you should also check out the hostgator.com i have been using it and so far they are cheap and have one of the best customer support. you can reach them via email, phone or live chat. 0bWAN Posted July 14, 2008 CID Share Posted July 14, 2008 All the advice given you here has been excellent. Once you determine exactly what you need I would also suggest you checkout http://5dollarhosting.com/ I have purchased a Reseller account and I can tell for my needs they fit like a glove and they're very reasonably priced. If all you need is a place for 1 site $5 a month - no kidding and it'll run great. The SimplePlan
