So your Internet IP is the towers IP, so all the users on the Tower have the same IP. If a download site makes one download session per IP, then only one user on the tower can download from the site. is this true ?? im also having problems these days on downloading files at rapdshare... the error says that i cant download because my IP is already downloading a file , even if i just opened my PC... is there a solution to this problem.. i want to download files on rapidshare.. its frustrating because im only using smartbro to download....
