can you Optimize my EDGE connection...??  :cry:

I need a cablenut setting 4 my connection...... :smitten:

Download Speed is:: 17 kB/s

Tested From:: https://testmy.net/ (Main)

Test Time:: 2009/09/15 - 2:45pm

Bottom Line:: 2X faster than 56K 1MB Download in 60.24 sec

Tested from a 512 kB file and took 30.09 seconds to complete

Download Diagnosis:: May need help : running at only 10.7 % of your hosts average (36.70)

Personally I use the TCP Optimizer. But if your using ROM-DOS setting, I'd say thats about as good as it gets. Him and cholla were the two that were into it real well for speeds here ............ thats a dial up connection?  :shocked: :shocked:

That's about all you will get with EDGE, on average. EDGE sort of overpromises: the basic premise is it attempts to deliver 3G speeds (>200kbps) over a 2G air interface (GSM GPRS)...
