Spaulding Posted December 10, 2010 CID Share Posted December 10, 2010 Being a new user of 'TestMy.net' website (and this forum), the following has been noted. Looking at the 'DL Speed Index' scales for the different type services (ie - Cable, DSL, Satellite, ISDN, Dial Up); the top numbered scale has a units label of 'Kbps'. The bottom numbered scale has the same units label of 'Kbps'. It may just be a typo, but it should be labeled 'KBps' to be technically correct. This will make the numbers in the two scales essentially correlate with one another by a factor of 8 (1 byte = 8 bits). Please redirect if this issue is posted in the wrong forum. Thanks for pointing that out. There are a bunch of different scales, depending on what score you get... there absolutely was a typo in the 1K scale. I've corrected this. Thanks again - CA3LE
