grahamp Posted October 12, 2020 CID Share Posted October 12, 2020 Three times now I have run the auto test over a period of time (often overnight) and come back to the computer some time after it finished to find a page saying that TestMy could not find the results under that identifier. This happened on two different computers and on both Firefox and Chrome (Win10). So I lost all 12 results in the test! Clicking on "My results" brought the message up again. Anyone had this too? CA3LE Posted October 12, 2020 CID Share Posted October 12, 2020 It's best to have an account and be signed in, especially for the auto speed test. Your IP address may be changing. Now that you're a member remain signed in and all of your results will be associated with your username, if your IP changes it doesn't matter because it's still under your username.
