mckraftywinowtf Posted August 1, 2021 CID Share Posted August 1, 2021 from service provider this is the place to get speed tests to verify speed so set up and used and all working ok BUT then it stopped accepting my login/password it only asks for email so i enter reset password (have to do on my phone as the email isn't on this machine) lets me in on phone when i try to log in on the other computer it says Something Went wrong...and error at bottom right is 2D119/1 i have reset and reset etc is there an IP tied to a login? is there some issue with after too many tries it locks out an IP? something is messed up thanks for any help B and in submitting this inquiry it won't let me use ANY of my registered emails 'in use by another user' so changed accordingly Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
CA3LE Posted August 2, 2021 CID Share Posted August 2, 2021 You should be able to log into as many different devices and different browsers using the same account without issues. Once signed in you'll remain signed in on all devices unless you sign out or clear cookies. Try clearing cookies on the device that gave you the error and try to login again with the same credentials you used to make this thread. I'll take time later and go through the sign-up/sign-in process, make sure everything is working properly and make adjustments if needed.
