peepnklown Posted May 2, 2005 CID Share Posted May 2, 2005 If you use P2P programs the patch I linked to above will help since SP2s TCP restrictions could slowdown P2P download activity by limiting the number of synchronized incomplete outbound TCP connections attempts.
