W T F my upload doubled but.......

The thing that is really strange is when I test my speed at other sites my up and down load is alot faster...... When I'm surfing the pages have never loaded this fast before, I'm not really sure if I want to do a restore or anything for that matter because although my download score on my favorite site(Testmy.net) is really low I'm sure from everything else I can see my computer is really flying.....hmmmmmm WTF.....lol
