colombia Posted August 8, 2005 CID Share Posted August 8, 2005 no body posts here cuz most providers in latin america suck , i my self being a customer in a latin country its just pure BS , they even garantee ur gonna get the fastes connection so much bs you pay twice what u pay in the us and or more and u only get a fraction of the speed or bandwidth that u get up there so gay. i think best providers in latin america are in chile they offer 1.5 mbps or more ive heard up to 10 to regular customers for a reasonable price. wingzero2309 Posted October 16, 2005 CID Share Posted October 16, 2005 You should just get rid of that service and just get dialup...60 bucks for maybe 5 or 6 more kbps than dialup...what a ripoff.

fastball Posted June 14, 2008 CID Share Posted June 14, 2008 It's ok for a third world country. Here, ISPs offers ADSL2+ up to 20mb for u$180 and CABLEMODEM up to 10mb for u$200, too expensive. Mostly people have 3mb for no more than u$40.
thequila Posted August 8, 2010 CID Share Posted August 8, 2010 by now, Virtua (Cable) offers from 200kbps to 100Mbps. It is expensive, because they'll only give you a bundle (internet + phone + TV), and you can't get just the internet. I have 500kbps, and it really sucks! it's something like U$45,00. eteure Posted May 22, 2012 CID Share Posted May 22, 2012 Hello I have Telecom SA in Buenos Aires. I am paying 30 dollars for a 3MB (300KB/S aprox), but I never, never can see such speed, my download average in random sites is 20KB/s (sucks). When I call to complain the giveme a link that is directly connected to his router and obviusly the file downloaded run in 300KB/s. I want to sue Telecom. Is it possible to confirm thta Telecom makes some filter or tricks to decrease my bandwith? Thanks and Regards
