    Thanks. That makes sense. The exclusions that I listed were reasons given sounding more like the buck stops there. If I could read I could have found testmynet FAQs and found what I wanted: simply a straight answer. While it won't help with my ISP, it will explain to me the varying results and the conflicts between testing. Again thanks
