I tried Mr. Hahn's thing with testing using IE and its funny because my speeds are higher than my normal browser which is Avant, why does it seem weird that a faster browser will give me lower test speeds and that IE will give me higher speeds .. Yea i probably will, but since im planning on switching to Opt Online then I guess for now Ill just have to live with it.

Those are your ping results, so the average is what u would use D And glad to help!

Another way to test your ping is if u have Windows XP go to Start, All programs,Accessories, Comand Prompt Wen u get there just type "ping(space)www.(whatever site).com then hit enter. Itll give u your highest, lowest and average ping. Hope it helps D

Yup that worked, I got to Safe mode and all, and I did a scan with all 3 programs lol,Spysweeper,Spy Bot and AdAware. Now lets just hope it gets rid of my internet hijacker

Yea u should see whats going on because those speeds are not right u should be getting somewhere in the mid to high 2000

Hello again I have a Dell Inspiron 5100 laptop and I would like to know how to start it up on Safe Mode so I can do that deep scan for spyware, because when it starts up it gives me 2 options, F2 and F12 for system check, nothing that talks about safe mode

Its true what Microwave said, when I first joined this site I just thought it was the best place to test my internet connection and it is D but I had also realized that all of you were always so nice and helpful whenever I needed help and would answer any question I had involving my internet connection in a short period of time which meant I would be able to fix any problem quicker, so for that I thank u CA3LE GUY and everyone else in this site for making it a site well worth browsing everyday D
