  1. My cell is for too much business. I set it down when I get in the door. Prefer to not answer it when I am home. I have the 1000 anytime, it works for me.
  2. Oh I clean them out more than that. Also using "User Profile Hive Cleanup Service" helps also. It makes sure I am disconnected when I reboot. It works flawlessly. (microsoft freebie)
  3. We have our tornados, that is enough for me for now. And floods, and humidity. Man Florida is nice. I guess I could learn to have true shutters installed on my house. And not live ocean front.
  4. Cleaning cookies every session? Sounds a bit much. Does it really help? Mine never changed any on that end except having to relog-in every time I turned around.
  5. Pretty much true when they own the sat's. They will find a way around it. But I almost got in on some of those blazing speeds. But instead I own 2 worthless 4000 modems in my closet from ebay. Bastages.
  6. I have never been through one, but I think I would also dlewis. As long as I did not live below sea level. (New Orleans)
  7. Post back and let us know how it turns out if you get a chance. And you did already pay them to ground it, make them do their job. I know I always have to.
  8. Amazing what a world of people not being on does for speeds.
  9. Yep, happy happy new year one and all. Isn't this forum and country great?
  10. That ain't no lie. Some peoople get such extreme speeds ( I am glad for them) and then other ISP... well we all know how much they lie about speeds, and how greedy they are. Well new year and on to the wireless problem. Happy New Year all who survived.
  11. I have Verizon LG. But by the minute it would be too expensive @.0475 per minute. Now if I got a new plan with free weekends, evenings, and such...
  12. Welcome to the forum pcchris45 That almost sounds normal for satelite. Lets see if I can think of anything you did not try. Defrag. Ice or snow on dish. Grounded properly. Are there any items running in the background? CLick on Ctrl+Alt+Delete to see. I can barely load a pic during that time of day myself. And yours is pretty lite. How much to upgrade? All I can think of.
  13. Welcome to the forum albertawireless 10% is not bad, some get much worse. A few get better. I always suggest reading this first. Achieve the Best Performance Out of Your Computer http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-4257 Fixes most speed issues.
  14. Then we are an hour apart. only 12:43 right now.
  15. That would truly depend. You are stuck for days. It does not blow over in a few hours like a hurricane does. It has to thaw to really cleanup from snow. And ice can be much worse. It all depends. Really. There is no way to get to the store if you had to. Medical. Never know.
  16. Same time zone. My neighborhood was a sleep. Old farts.
  17. It might be a good ski slope year then Storm? That does help, doesn't it?
  18. Tomorrow will be a whole new day, month, and year. Yeah!
  19. I just wish I could get something stable 24/7. 1500/384 would be fine if it worked, and was reasonable.
  20. Well I just woke up the neighborhood and my daughters, they did not quite make it. Happy 2007 and best wishes to all.
  21. See, some are coknucks.
  22. Are their that many? I lost track.
  23. I clean mine out. Hey, tommie gorman, you have 17 messages, 0 are new. And open that water.
  24. You know I already do that, I just lost the address.
  25. Sounds good water. Mighty tasty sounding.
