This happended to my XPS1710....all three incidents Dell replaced the video card 3x and the motherboard once? mine worked fine then black screen all three times.

Im not happy it slows down at all, but mine has consistanly slowed every evening tonight about 2.5hours of crappy speeds (below 200 very sluggish) now at 10:45pm back to normal? guitarjim hasnt posted his pseeds since 9/24? Im curious which style dish he got with his upgrade Prodelin or the Raven. I got the Prodelin model , the Raven style my brother got is much better quality and looks a bit better. :::.. Thats the other bad part....dug my own hole 36" deep and filled everything up with crete......pole is true and rock solid foundation.

Its just strange my speeds are rock solid 1600/250 all day long until evening hours then the crappy test results begin? Would think if it were an pointing issue,cable etc...speeds would not be good all day long? Yes my brother has the exact same system other than the plan (basic 1000/125) and it seldom is slower than 700/75? are signals are pretty much the same with in 3pts. I have emailed and called them last 2 days.......?

Spaceway3 system.......all crap after 6pm-midnight with web response as high as 57sec unreal! speeds are steady 1600/250 other than the evening hours? nothing on my end? forgot to mention the executive customer care at Hughes are well aware of this......whats being done, guess nothiing. All new equipment HN9000 and sat pro + account.

Not under FAP green light....record speed @ 27Kbps! The only thing steady is the upload....not usable in the evening at all, and my 30days are not up.....worse than the Ku band system

Honest my brother is pointed at Spaceway3 and on the same beam as me....no slow downs, and what really pisses me off he is on the basic plan?

Well it looks as though hughes cant get it right, after upgrading from the Ku system for big time slow downs in the peak hours.......guess what. Thats right the Ka system gives me 1600/225 all day long around 7pm takes a dump! My download speed during peak hours is at times below 200k....now the upload stays good at 200+ go figure. Back to square one on this issue as basically with below 200 download speed and web response time over 20 secs.....useless to me during evening hours and seems to me the Ku system was better at this point in the game.

I got a credit card linked to the account.....at least a person could dispute a charge? Had a gut feeling that would happen.

After telling me zero cost, Hughes tried to turn a zero into 199.99? I caught this on logging into my account and immdeiately called executive dept. Reminded them of the zero cost we agreed to. Your right its HN9000 ....I know what your saying definitely had speed issues on the old system. Prior to this most recent issue about a year or so ago had the same deal with the slow downs during peak hours after getting switched to a different transponder the speed was fine until abut a month ago? My brothers system will see 30days this week using the Spaceway3, I'm very curious of the outcome, he is on the base package too.

Let the countdown begin.....Spaceway3 installed and thanks to the BBB all free, install went well. Only complaint is my old 7000S had a 375MB limit on the pro plan, the 9000 with the same plan is 300MB so will need the pro plus to get 425MB threshold ......speeds on the pro plan are as advertised currently 1200/200 Will my speeds change in 33days....will be interesting to see?

I'm curious what exactly you think the BBB is for.....? Seems they were founded in 1912 and still around in 2009? Myself each and everytime have used the BBB the problem found a solution.
