Seems like all the test are lagging. I get a good dual test but the SmarTest sucks.

travkay, first welcome to the forum and we hope you enjoy your stay here. That icon by the clock is showing the speed of your NIC card not your internet speed! You got to remember your on Dish Satellite Internet and not Cable or DSL. Your signal has to go a long way and back. You could try using TCP Optimizer. I will attach a zip file for that. You might try reading the topics in my signature at he bottom. Keep coming back someone will come along with satellite and help.
