thanks guys for the info. im gonna have to take my gate computer to them since i cant reformat (i know how to reformat) keeps getting stuck at 77%, when my operation disk is saving files to HDD . i have reformat pc's more than 10 times (not just mine) and i never had this problem til now

i say lcd is better than plasma cause from what i hear plasma bulbs dont last than long and they are more expensive than lcd

i just got computer last year and bought a 120gig (second drive) beginning of this year i tried to format the winxp on the HDD that came with my gateway computer and on the 2nd HDD (120gig) i bought. and did the same thing

around 77% or 78% just says file _______ was not copied correctly. i checked if the disk is scratch. and go done i even was using the dells operationg disk and did the same thing (stopped at 77%)

i am having trouble.when i have formatted before i never had trouble. but today (right now) when formating. it cant never pass 77% (files saving to computer). why is it doing this? i always used "Format the partition using the NTFS file system (not the quick)
