Dell where did you find your info on the download and upload limits?

Dell this is Starbands Fair access policy I found on ther sight. From what you are sayinug they dont enforce it though? STARBAND SATELLITE INTERNET ACCESS SERVICE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY (Last Revised December 18, 2001)

Dell whats up with the screen shot? are you trying to tell me they do not have a download limit?

Van here are the speeds with the new file did not seem to help. My normal settings are even a little slow today. I tried the settings that CCR says are most stable for him and it slowed me down to 1.1Mbps I am wondering if the version of software CCR is using might be the diffrence. :::.. The slower speed was right after downloading a large file. My download speed was still up but maybe direcway was in the proccess of throttling me back temporarily?

I still have not tried the new tweaks wanted to post some speeds at diffrent times of the day to see how consistent i am. :::..
