CCleaner is a Windows based program, you cannot delete the files while windows is running, therefore...no, CCleaner will not delete the index.dat files. -REH -
Yeah, that's usually how it goes, it happens on all forums though. But look at the bright side, most of the people who do post here actually are trying to help, or are trying to get help, there's not a lot of spamming. -REH

I believe you're on the 6000/168 plan right? If this is correct, and you are infact running XP service pack 2, use the attatched cablenut file. It's VanBuren's version 5 for SP2. Just unzip the file, doubt click it, and click save settings to registry in cablenut. Then reboot. -REH

It all depends on your bank's policy, it sounds like you may get charged that fee, what bank do you happen to go through? I'm sure someone else on here goes through them and coule possibly give you some more info. -REH

www.adaware.com download this and do a full test before you do anything else, you may have a spyware issue if you speeds used to be higher. -REH
