will i still have the windows folder that makes things work and stuff? If i format do i have to make backups and stuff to put it on later? And when i format it says "windows was unable to complete format" What am i supposed to do with that? thanks for ur replies

Hey i play counter-strike 1.6 and in some servers when i shoot my crosshair comes down very riggedy and slow coming down. This happens in some servers but once it got fixed and then same thing happend again. I put net_Graph 3 but there is no loss and choke. i played around with the brightness and it helped a little. But i think it;s with my connection, making it more smooth or w/e. I got windows xp, sp1, 512 mb ram, 2.20 GHz, 64 graphic card intel extreme, 3000/384 cable connection in canada. I need help!

hi, this is what ineed the defualt settings for. When u go to control panel and go to network connections. then press properties then configure then advanced, i would like to get the defualt for those and other connection tweaks. thanks
