i was wondering if i would be able to access my grandmas computer in hawaii? ANd how owuld i go about doing it? Oh also what kind of acess would i have? would i be able to instal things on her computer and make changes and such? thanks

i just bought a 6600gt and i like it a lot. You seem to have about the same situation as i do as far as computer specs go so i would recomend the 6600gt i bought one from newegg.com it was $164.00 USD and has a $15usd rebate so it was a good deal and it is from EVGA. Those more expensive cards will be overkill like mentioned before

i got a score of 2898 on my dell 4550 with 768mb ram p4 at a blazin 2.0 woohoo. My graphics card is a evga 6600Gt no overclocking at all. I was goignt o use rivatunner but it said that it has not been tested withthe newest nvidia drivers

ok i fixed it, It was weird, i tried the fulll start up thing and tha did not work ater restart. I had to start all the srvices over again. any how thanks again

ok i did that and it still comes up with only what services are running. How would i list my services. i typed service.msc and exported it but it is just a jumbled note pad file

i accidently eneded one of my services and now when i press ctrl+alt+del only the services wondoe pops up not tabs that say performance or anything. i think i ended one of my svchost.exe services. thanks for your help

was just wondering if anyone has upgraded stuff that they have bought from newegg.com? hey thanks for your help. i cant believe i did not buy that game earlier. One day i will build a bad ass computer. not to diss on dell i just dont think i would buy another one.

there are 26 processes running and the MB is a dell MB everet just displays dell dimension 4550 for the MB name and <DMI> for the ID. and spyware and all that are all good. I just left it at autotdetect and it seems to be fine now, I actually did a defrag and it helped believe it or not.

i dont know the temp, i have a dell 4550 i dont think i can get that info.

i just thought of something, i am running direct x 9.0c, do i need to install lower version of it to play ceartain games? for instance, far cry comes with DX 8.x do i need that version to play the game better?

im using the newest catalyst drivers and i was playing it at 1024x768 and i did the auto detect and it was mistly at medium i believe

ok i just bought far cry... yeah i know.... so im triying to play it and it friken freezes as soon as some action begins. looks great the rest of the time. her is my system sapphire raedon 9800pro 128mb intel P4 @ 2.0 w/ 768 mb ram windows xp sp 2 everything up to date. i was using the auto detect feature so i dont know what the problem is. I just bought the 9800pro card and was hopping to be able to play most games w/o problems . thnaks for the help

we need some competition in las vegas so we can get some good deals. Cox did up our speed, it went from 4/256 and 5/512 ------> 4/512 and 5/768 big whooop. I did hear that they are goign to offer their digital phone service. Does anyone have that and is it any good and whats the pricing. thanks

well i ordered my sapphire 9800pro video card from newegg.com and got in the next day awesome ! But it does not seem to run to smoothly. I do notice a difference but i is not tha smooth. i noticed the last 2 days or so that i have ha realy crappy DL speeds on testmy.net. UL has not changed and im still getting good speeds on all the dslreports.com test. Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?
