what duplex mode are you running your NIC in? Half or full? you can try increasing DefaultReceiveWindow, but i daubt it will help much, the problem is most likely in the route test this as your DefautReceiveWindow 819200, if it dosent help, just change back... also make a tracert to testmy.net start-run-cmd tracert testmy.net and hit enter when done, rightclick choose all and hit enter now paste all here VanBuren

thanks tbaker i agree, the settings is not about IP# but if he changed from PPPoE to static IP he will have another MTU edit: most likely DHCP, thats what we trying to find out VanBuren

hey Runna and welcome to the forum your MTU is probl changed to 1500 now so you need another cablenut file open cablenut, click delete cablenut tweaks and click save to registry download this http://www.dslreports.com/front/DRTCP021.exe open it and make sure all fields is blank, scroll in the list of network adapters and make sure there is no value set for MTU, now click save and exit reboot your PC and run this analyzer http://www.dslreports.com/tweaks and check your MTU post result URL adress VanBuren

i think its your modem, call your ISP and let them check the signals from your tweaktest "RTT min: 96.9 ms RTT max: 634.7 ms RTT avg: 341.7 ms" VanBuren

yea i have no uploadtest, the uploadtest link is supposed to test from the Testmy.net main servers, thanks for the bug report, ill forward this to CA3LE to score good overseas, you need a large RWIN, i use 384000 and thats overall best for my 10 Mbps connection. too large RWIN can slow down speed aswell, but since im a tweak geek i been testing em all
