I've had that happen with a few programs, a lot of times if you go to their site you can acquire that dll or even search your install files and see if that dll is available anywhere and copy it to where it needs to be Just my 2 cents

thats just because the satellite is at max capacity, we won't have service out there again until this sprint - we just launched a satellite in december and once it is fully operational we'll start taking orders again.

Which seems like it would still be cheaper than setting up a move with a satellite company unless they did it for nothing..but in any case wireless is usually the better deal

I think that would be more of a last resort option...I'm not one who likes to pay for things that I can set up and have for free....know what I'm saying? I'll try tommie's first if all else fails then I guess I'll have to pay for it lol.
