I've used Tune Up Utilited 2k6... i was wondering if there was anything that can make it so when i click on start- all programs... and when i slide the mouse over the little expansion bars.. that they will pop out instantly?

Welcome to the forum, waytek98. Unfortunatly, those speeds are cached. Go to Tools, Internet options, and click "delete files" and then test again and post. Thanks, TimPawlak
