thanks for the advice, after mailing CSR about the slow bandwidth connection :tickedoff:
they did respond agad sa reklamo ko. they mailed me and even called saying
withing 24hrs they will try to fix the issue. pero hanggang ngayon gnun pa rin
ang service nila! they'll be receiving a lot of mails from me in the
following days! :evil:
