  1. yea, um... I don't know what phone lines you use, but all the phone lines I've seen have either 2 or 4 wires...

Right click the folder, click sharing and security, check the share this folder on the network box, change the share name if desired, and I would recommend checking the Allow network users to change my files box. click ok and reboot as for using the msn servers, something must be preventing msn from letting you connect directly...
  14. welcome to the forum unknown27 first of all, I would recommend you get a DW4000... and you do need an installer to put in the dish... as for signing up, the URLs of the sites are escaping my mind at the moment...

  19. In that case, user accounts can be hidden, yes. I still don't get the "with access he sets himself." part though... the account is either an administrator or limited user... or does that mean something completely different?

  21. yea, or just delete all the entries in the host file... thats really bad man... there should be little to nothing there... the Yahoo one looks real, the rest are probably the cause of your problems... as for the HijackThis log... I'll go through that and post back what you should get rid of... thats a REALLY long log... (mine doesn't even fill up 2/3 of my screen...)
