Yup. Earthlinks highest upload is only 384Kbps but Earthlink has a faster download than SBC. Either way in my opinion whatever one you chose is enough but I would probably get SBC if I had a choice of those two. Good Luck in your choice.

That SUCKS.... DSLReports is a great website, I visit it everyday to check all the good information it gives. I hate when stupid people like those attack good websites that help people. It makes you want to kick their ass.

Might be a Cache.

For me I.E is faster in download but slow in upload . In Firefox for me the download is like 100Kb less than in I.E but the upload is about 20Kb faster than I.E. So there isn't that much of a difference both of them.
