ISP's free webhosting is usually never very good becuase they have many accounts and normally don't offer a very good connection to the server.

there is no refresh rate on a LCD so they dont hurt your eyes, the crystals on a LCD turn thats why there is a response time.

do you like the inerface? ive heard a few complaints about it.

it is the same for tvs as well but most tvs use a mugh higher refresh rate, most people dont move there computer monitors about 60hz which is very low.

ok did you change or connect anything new to the router when this started happening.

its different for all people, Ill get one after 15-20 because my eyes are so adjusted to not seeing that consistent flickering

a ctr flashes 60 or so times ever second, the consistent flashing hurts and kills yours eyes thats why you get a headache when you look at a crt for a long time. A LCD doesnt have that because is doesnt refresh the same way.

I never had any problems when switching from a CRT to a LCD, it actually made me fell better when using the computer for a long time. I actually have problems using a CRT now it gives me a headache because im use to not seeing the monitor flicker
