it might be affecting it a little your upload should be around 50kbps. but still very nice speed

to put it simple the 372kbps is what your connected at the 45kb/s is the max speed that you can upload at. Yes its a stupid way of doing it i agree, and the ISP's need to start advertising true speeds instead of connected at speeds.

is your router b, g, super g, or pre N, and how much did it cost.

no i was saying what the aol tech guy said. i guess i should have put it in quotes.

I have a friend who its still on AOL, and for some reason lately he is only getting connecited at 15-20Kbps, so i tried to tewak the connection and now diff, so i called AOL tech support, and they say that they only offer 12Kbps, and that my speed is great. but thats B,S. is anyone else having this problem.

i got a new netgear wireless router and it gives nice speeds for only being $10. take a look.
