It should be, but remove all cablenut and TCP optimizer tweaks first.....and just follow the directions in the readme file no tools needed to do the tweaks.....the first one is from Dway the LCCU file needs to be done first then just double click on the .reg file and it will edit you registry for you.....this file came from speedguide.net Good Luck Let me know if you get any improvements! I have always cleared the cache and cookies...... the speed I was getting three weeks ago 800-1200 is gone....when the test gives me results that are closer to reality I am only getting 700-800 now and that's at three in the morning, any new dw6000 cable-nut tweaks that work...I have tired several cable-nut tweaks and I can't see any difference.

What could cause the dip in speed if the signal is at a consitant 62, is it dropping out so fast that I can't see the fluctuation in the signal ?? Buzz

watching the FAP meter download speeds....it seems to be pretty accurate.....at least it lets you know what speed your downloading stream is....I have tried other speed meters and they basically show the same thing.. Buzz

my signal stays at 62 rain or shine.....I was just wondering, because I will get a steady 1029 download speed varying from 1029 to low 1100's then it will fall off to 400-500 for a sec or two then go back up......but it does it about the same time during the largest speed test on test-my.net.....like the signal fades then comes back strong....but it shoots my average download speed in the foot while doing it! my direcway TV dish get a 88-90 signal...how come it's stronger than the internet dish? HOW STRONG IS THE AVERAGE SIGNAL STRENGTH FROM DWAY? I GET GREAT SPEED THEN THE BOTTOM DROPS OUT FOR A FEW SECONDS THEN IT'S RIGHT BACK UP TO FULL SPEED AGAIN....THIS IS DURING LOW HOUR USAGE SO IS IT MY SIGNAL STRENGTH?? BUZZ

Some people have all of the luck! I live 70 miles from a city big enough to buy computer stuff at...then it's at retail prices. The internet has been great for good quality at low prices! Even with the occasional shipping charges it is usually cheaper! Buzz

what is with dway...they can't seem to keep there equipment running....first it's internet speed issues then it's e-mail woes...is their equipment getting too old?
