  6. I have been using lingo since december and it works great. Only problem I had was in the beginning lingo used port 69 for updating the router, and my isp blocked it.now lingo uses a different port for updating.. cannot beat it $19.95 per month unlimited us, canada, western europe. works great 4me living in a small town with only one phone company, and everyplace i called with them was long distance..
  7. Nice upload and download!! Wish I was able to reach those speeds...
  8. good price, but i will never see it here where i am at.. i pay $136 per month for 2568/898 service ithrough my local phone company..and they will never sell out to the big boys or run fiber where I am at..even though they have it 10 miles north from my home...
  9. you are getting what you are paying for. If you want to go faster you will have to upgrade your package from rogers.
  10. most likely they do not. you have a nice download now. What is your cap? upload and download. i would try a few other speed tests and see what kind ofresults you get you can try here http://ndt.itcc.unc.edu:7123/ also go here and see if they have one closer to you http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/
  11. First you can go here then post again. https://testmy.net/topic-2097 go to your command prompt type tracert testmy.net then copy and paste your results. after you do that Van will probably see what e can do.
  12. Once you get fixed with Dway. might want to try here if you have not already https://testmy.net/board-21 I suffered with Dway for about a month, then dsl came available through the phone company.. my dsl costs me $101 per month plus my phone line of $35. my speed package is 2568/898.. Good luck..
  13. probably used mom's credit card.......
  14. go to control panel, click network connections, right click your connection, then click properties. click configure. then advanced..connection type... that is where you set it...
  15. Crimes done over the internet are federal. What will matter is how much you charged, and how you obtained the numbers.. Might be able to rat s/one out and get off easy.
  16. If you are using a mac and you downloaded cablenut, you will need to open cable nut and delete tweaks.. not for mac.. you might want to check this link for mac tweaks... http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/macosx/12591 welcome to the forum!!!
  17. guess I will never see red on a test...
  18. If it helps I have a friend of mine who has the Motorola V265 and he swears by it.. Of course he might be a little biased, Motorola is the only type of cell phone he has used for the last 6 years... I just ordered a Samsung, not the one you mention but I think it is a SGH427m s/thing like that few people I know have the Samsung's and they really like them... not one for taking pictures and surfing the net with a phone just like to be able to make and rec. phone calls. I guess what it boil;s down to is preference..
