It's fiber to the house. I'm paying for 6Mbps down/512Kbps up. The upstream has been like this since I got hooked up. Not sure why but I'm not complaining. Anyway here's the results. It's nice but when I was talking with the installer he said right now anything that comes up is new to everyone and they're learning as they go. The ISP is Cinergy MetroNet Broadreach. I however found this site because I was checking at Speakeasy and kept getting upstreams this high there too. But I'll run some more. I don't think I've ever had any under 3Mbps.
