richcornucopia Posted April 18, 2006 CID Share Posted April 18, 2006 I'm looking to become A+ certified. Basically I want to find something to study from for the A+ test like a website, book, or software. Does anyone have experience with any A+ books, online courses? Has anybody recently gotten A+ certified? Thanks

richcornucopia Posted April 18, 2006 Author CID Share Posted April 18, 2006 I assume the test changes every year with the release of new operating systems, hardware etc. If I were to take the test today, would it be based off of xp, or like 98? As for the pdf's what year are they for, or does that not even matter?
FallowEarth Posted April 18, 2006 CID Share Posted April 18, 2006 I mainly use these books as reference for all my certification needs: http://www.examcram2.com/ These books are great as a guide. If you need more detailed info on a specific subject, google the subject (there's so much out there), or use wikipedia.org -- there's some very detailed and accurate info there.
