forrest Posted April 21, 2006 CID Share Posted April 21, 2006 Just wondering if any of these p/c programs are any good e.g. pc pitstop , registry mech. ect.., I`m not real patient with trying to learn all the tips and short-cuts with some of these free downloads, are any of these programs that you can buy over the internet or buy the software worth it??? thanx! forrest Posted April 21, 2006 Author CID Share Posted April 21, 2006 Meant to add, that when I download some of these "free" sites to check my computer they always find errors in my p/c, then you have to buy the program to fix it, is this for real? Swimmer Posted April 21, 2006 CID Share Posted April 21, 2006 I use registry mechanic.. I like it a lot.. well worth the price.. As far as the online test.. it depends on who you are testing from.. they are trying to sell you a product.. so there may be false positives.. Check out this for some free stuff.. http://www.testmy.net/forum/t-11975
Shug7272 Posted April 21, 2006 CID Share Posted April 21, 2006 I like system mechanic and System Suite 6. The latter more than the former.
