resopalrabotnick Posted June 7, 2006 CID Share Posted June 7, 2006 some of my favorite network components: http://www.fiftythree.org/etherkiller/ as for this rig, just a laptop on a dock that's connected to an MS mn-700 wireless router and a terayon modem. amc11890 Posted June 8, 2006 CID Share Posted June 8, 2006 I have three computers and the main computer is hooked up to a Westell Versalink 327w,modem and router in one, 2nd computer is hooked up wirelessly with a westell 802.11g wireless adapter and the 3rd computer is hooked up wirelessly with a d-link 802.11g wirless adapter. Not the most professional network set up but it gets the job done.

lorne Posted June 9, 2006 CID Share Posted June 9, 2006 Modem>Box running smoothwall>16 port Daynastar Hub>Login server/database server+Gameserver+My personal comp. I was having problems with a hacker gaining access to my database/login server and installing all types of crap...he even left me a note lol. Formatted and setup a box with smoothwall. he is still trying to get in but is having no luck against smoothwall. He had no problem shutting down kerio firewall even though it was setup strict and password protected. But no love now!!
