disturbed Posted July 2, 2006 CID Share Posted July 2, 2006 to get to the process manager just press ctrl + alt + delete and go to the processes tab - there you will find all your running processes
php Posted July 2, 2006 CID Share Posted July 2, 2006 Actually you'll probably have to run services.msc and stop the TrueVector service

Swimmer Posted July 2, 2006 CID Share Posted July 2, 2006 looks like you are running a tweaked version of windows.. did you disable some services? also do a search for vsmon.exe.. if that is still laying around from a previous install that could be causing the problem.. Swimmer Posted July 3, 2006 CID Share Posted July 3, 2006 if you disabled processes that zonealarm need running to make it work.. then you are going to have to enable those processes.. I would start with Com+.. I had a problem long ago when I disabled that service with zonealarm.. try that and see if it works.
TheHalf Posted July 3, 2006 CID Share Posted July 3, 2006 If all fails go directly to Zone Labs website and do a search on TrueVector. I can only comment on TrueVector that after a Windows update (happened more than once) TrueVector failed to load, I simply rebooted and voila.
