tommie gorman Posted November 27, 2006 CID Share Posted November 27, 2006 And don't forget that if you send too many at a time it will time out. Just to start over again from scratch. Hoping your post did not go through without the pic, or did it? It gets pretty messed up. So 30 seconds X 6 or whatever. Not as bad as dial-up though. Except storms and ice on the dish do not bother it like satelite. And there is no signal to monitor. Anyway, it will definately be my pleasure. TimPawlak Posted November 28, 2006 CID Share Posted November 28, 2006 ebay haha yeah, i sold my nascar game on there for 300 dollars..
tommie gorman Posted November 28, 2006 CID Share Posted November 28, 2006 Yeah, probably ebay it. I would hang on to it just in case. But as we at dway know they will eventually phase it out where it will be totally worthless and useless in time. So why hang on to a dead horse. They have already phased out several models. That is probably the worst part. The 4000 is presently being phased out, and the "6000" will be next. And I have only had it 15 months. It will soon be junk. Except the scrap value. Sparticus Posted November 28, 2006 CID Share Posted November 28, 2006 If I could I would probably take a 12 gauge to it.
tommie gorman Posted November 28, 2006 CID Share Posted November 28, 2006 Nah, sell it quick to some poor sap who thinks he wants it. Besides the rest does not change much, mostly the modem. And for that they want another $400 outright. But the rest is savable. For a while anyway. Boy am I glad the storm finally quit. I have been fighting with it the last coupleof hours, trying to post. Finally just started doing a safe mode cleanup.

granpa Posted December 4, 2006 CID Share Posted December 4, 2006 Just fixed my sister-in-law's HP 733.000000MHz Pavilion, wouldn't boot for her, so she said . Cleaned out files and dust and changed the CD drive, tray would open randomly. Now plugged into the network and speed test;
