granpa Posted September 28, 2007 CID Share Posted September 28, 2007 With all the technology I'm at a loss here. How can I use my tech (PC's) to assist in this annual task. Just a week's work and I'm tired and need help. A picture I believe explains it best so here's two.
Roco Posted September 28, 2007 CID Share Posted September 28, 2007 Sorry bro, I cant help with the tech , but I think you need an assistant , my only reference is from my school woodwork teacher , he said "Roco as far as carpentry goes , "I can recommend you to a matchstick maker"
resopalrabotnick Posted October 1, 2007 CID Share Posted October 1, 2007 hm. seems to me you are looking for a solution to help you split firewood. the firewood is intended to heat a building i take it. simply install more pcs in the rooms you want heated and keep adding more until you reach the desired temperature. to keep the solution compact yet powerful i recommend purchasing several blade servers. then you can heat your house and whoop everyones ass on the folding@home thread. coknuck Posted October 1, 2007 CID Share Posted October 1, 2007 I'm not sure if granpa is looking for sympathy or not but its between Shit & Syphilis!
granpa Posted October 1, 2007 Author CID Share Posted October 1, 2007 The solution turned out to be simple. All i did was download the chunks onto the splitter. I made them into smaller bytes and then uploaded them onto the storage.
resopalrabotnick Posted October 1, 2007 CID Share Posted October 1, 2007 oh sympathy hell. he has hydraulic splitters. i remember having to use sledgehammers and wedges to split the oak logs the chainsaw would falter on.

granpa Posted October 2, 2007 Author CID Share Posted October 2, 2007 looks like you're building a cabin... I'm thinking I may need longer pieces for the roof and the pallet floor is a little rough, tripped a few times, darn mechanical knee.
