tommie gorman Posted March 14, 2008 CID Share Posted March 14, 2008 CRT or flat screen? Video card drivers? Or maybe. http://www.testmy.net/t-4257
dlewis23 Posted March 14, 2008 CID Share Posted March 14, 2008 CRT or flat screen? Video card drivers? Or maybe. http://www.testmy.net/t-4257 Since its a notebook it would be a LCD. and video card drives most likely wont help. I actually had this happen when I was in school once. a friend of mine was messing around and it just flipped on us. There is a control for rotate on your video card settings. If it is a nvidia graphics card its going to be in the nview settings. If its a intel card it will be in there little control center.
RTB Posted March 14, 2008 CID Share Posted March 14, 2008 I can imagine it will take some (upside down) effort to fix it.
dn0 Posted March 14, 2008 CID Share Posted March 14, 2008 Is it a tablet notebook? i have a Gateway TA6 tablet with which i can physically flip the screen around, then hit a button or go into the display settings and flip the display any way i want. Have your friend check those options.
Ara Posted March 15, 2008 Author CID Share Posted March 15, 2008 I found it !!! control panel: display - settings tab - advanced button - rotation - 180 degrees too easy...
Xybirium Posted March 16, 2008 CID Share Posted March 16, 2008 I used to do that to prevent anyone from messing with my PC when I am away from it for a while.
