mudmanc4 Posted November 20, 2008 CID Share Posted November 20, 2008 I never liked the mini's, just not enough room, specifically for all the heat.
dlewis23 Posted November 20, 2008 CID Share Posted November 20, 2008 You need to get one with a better powersupply. 300 watts is not going to be enough. Find the case that comes with a 500 watt powersupply and you will be good.

ninjageek Posted November 22, 2008 CID Share Posted November 22, 2008 I am running a 400w Power supply and it runs my 8800gt fine. Also have 2 gig of ram and amd dual core 6000. Xp and Linux Flys right along. I did give vista with sp1 a shot, could be ram issue, But it is so much slower than xp. Kinda hoped with the service pack and stuff it would help. tdawnaz Posted November 24, 2008 CID Share Posted November 24, 2008 how do u know what size power supply u have?? did i ask this before?
Buntz Posted November 24, 2008 CID Share Posted November 24, 2008 Look on the side of your power supply. There should be a label there telling you the spec for your power supply. Should look something like this.
tdawnaz Posted November 24, 2008 CID Share Posted November 24, 2008 are you talking about the power cord or the slverboxinside my mach??
Buntz Posted November 24, 2008 CID Share Posted November 24, 2008 The silver box inside the computer. Sometime you have to remove the power supply from inside the computer to see the label.
