ajb62787 Posted March 28, 2011 CID Share Posted March 28, 2011 I'm having major issues with Increasing the CPU Usage for a video conversion program called IMToo Video Converter Ultimate 6. I am using an AMD Athlon X6 1090T with 8GB of DDR3 2000 Memory on Dual Channel. The issue I'm having is that the conversion is only doing 40-60% CPU Usage for 1 conversion and about 60-100% for 2 or more simultaneous conversions using all 6 cores. I would like to know how to increase the CPU Usage to fully 100% for just 1 conversion. IMToo are of no help and don't seem to be offering any help at all. mudmanc4 Posted March 28, 2011 CID Share Posted March 28, 2011 Hi ajb627787 , I;m not sure if I fully understand the question , as it sounds as if you are trying to convert more then one video at a time, which I'm sure your aware that this is hardware intensive with only one conversion, or am I all wrong ? TriRan Posted March 29, 2011 CID Share Posted March 29, 2011 the cpu is probably being bottlenecked by the hard drives max write speed even my x4 phenom doesn't max out when encoding a video

Hdd would be the only other factor
