php Posted May 2, 2005 CID Share Posted May 2, 2005 welcome to the forum could you maybe post a non-cached test?
irontoes Posted May 3, 2005 Author CID Share Posted May 3, 2005 I used the "mirror" test provided by "Test My Net" for the CA locale. I consistently am getting speeds of over 22K even after dumping temp files. I am under no illusion that those are my actual speeds, I know that I am getting Appx. 4.4 to 4.7 MB on the down. Why the "mirror" is being so kind to me I don't know but if it will tell me that I have a "big one" too I might consider marriage.................... netmasta Posted May 3, 2005 CID Share Posted May 3, 2005 When a mirror is down, which that one probably is, it will give erroneous results.
