Inde Posted May 31, 2005 CID Share Posted May 31, 2005 I used to goto http://music.yahoo.com/ and listen to music. It pops up a browser and you can stream music. Ever since I switched to Firefox I can't play music. The window pops up like normal but now it says... Error Sorry, we do not support Netscape on the Windows platform. Error Code: 25 - 0 Is there a plugin or something I can use to listen to music on FF?
Ronnie1055 Posted May 31, 2005 CID Share Posted May 31, 2005 Interesting... I got the same thing. I really haven't noticed because all I can run at work is IE... I just tried it at home... where I run both... and got the same thing you did.

netmasta Posted June 1, 2005 CID Share Posted June 1, 2005 I'm running FF 1.0.4 and get the same message. I don't think FF is compatible with Y!mucic yet. Browser requirements LAUNCHcast is currently compatible only with Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x for Windows based PCs and Netscape 4.5 to 4.79 on the Macintosh OS. If you are experiencing difficulties utilizing our service with any other browser application, we recommend trying the above versions to correct the issue. dn0 Posted June 1, 2005 CID Share Posted June 1, 2005 FYI: Found a couple of fixes for the ActiveX in FireFox, which is why it won't work. Don't have time to try it on my end right now (mine doesn't work either), but maybe you want to check these links out. http://www.broadbandreports.com/forum/remark,11435792~mode=flat http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?p=626789 edit: for bad grammar.
